We want you to be happy when you buy from RopesDirect. 

That’s it really.  It was one of our founding principles way back in 1989.  From our products to our deliveries, our rule of thumb is simple: “Is this what I would want, and how I would want it?"

So here’s our promise to you:

  • We’ll treat your order as priority. We promise to despatch what you want on the same day, if humanly possible and if it’s ordered in time. 

  • We’ll send your order in perfect condition, well packaged and using trusted, professional couriers.

  • We’ll treat you with respect. We strive to be friendly, polite and understand you needs; and we'll do our level best to make sure you’re happy.

  • If there’s a problem, we’ll put it right. We rarely have things go wrong, because our staff totally buy into our customer service ethos. But we’re only human. If something is not quite right please phone or email and we’ll do our level best.
